Event Information for Vendors
 

Breeders are offered an eight (8) foot table (B-1, B-2, etc.) with two (2) chairs in the middle area for forty dollars ($ 40.00) if paid 30 days prior to event, and fifty dollars ($50.00) if paid after that time. This table space may be shared by up to, but no more than, two (2) breeders. If vendors prefer the wall spaces, the rate is fifty ($50.00) per eight foot table.

PAYMENT FOR TABLE SPACE MUST BE RECEIVED WITH WRITTEN RESERVATION.

Reservations should be received 30 day in advance to ensure you get a table. Please do not wait until the last minute to select your table.

Set up time will begin at 6:00am and all areas must be completely dismantled and removed by 7:00pm, We cannot open the doors to the public until everything is set up and the aisles are clear.

Advertising of the Bird Mart is being done by way of area retailers, local birds clubs and the area print media.

The Bird Mart management accepts no liability real or implied for claims or warranties of the seller. All sales and contracts are strictly between the seller and the buyer.
